But if you try this kind of game for the first time and realize that you are not the right person for this kind of activity, or if suddenly external circumstances occur that make it impossible to continue playing within the 48 hours, or if you realize that you have chosen the wrong teammates, then we don't want you to pay for something that you cannot or don't like to use. Therefore, after the first four tasks (START, 1ST, 2ST, 3ST) you have the possibility to cancel the game and get your money back. All you have to do is to write us within 24 hours after the game has started by email to frankfurt@parapoly.de that you don't want to finish the game. It is important that you have not yet entered a code (neither help nor solution code) for station 4ST or higher and that you bought your ticket directly from the website www.parapolyfrankfurt.de.
