2.1 Participation in the game requires the purchase of a ticket.
2.2 Tickets can be bought online at https://www.parapolyfrankfurt.de/tickets-kaufen/.
2.3 The ticket can be paid by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
2.4 The data provided at the time of purchase will be processed by the provider in accordance with the data protection declaration.
2.5 The operator is not liable for damage resulting from the inaccuracy of the information provided in the ticket purchase.
2.6 A ticket purchased is valid for a game in a group.
2.7 The recommended number of participants per group is 2-6 people.
2.8 The game ticket can be used 3 years from the date of purchase.
3.1 After the payment, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. To activate the ticket, the customer must click on the activation link in the email that opens the ParaPoly website in a browser. Here the customer can check the selected track and the language of the game and change it if necessary. The game is started by clicking on the "Start game" button at the end of the website.
3.2 The customer has 48 hours from the start of the game to complete the tasks. To access the game interface, you will receive an email notification with the URL of the website that contains the game and the required login details.
3.3 After the start of the game, it is not possible to extend the game duration or to start the game again.
4.1 If the ordered ticket is not paid for by the customer within 30 days of the order, the order will be canceled automatically. In these cases, the operator has no further claims against the customer.
4.2 The operator is not obliged to redeem tickets from canceled orders. If necessary, the customer can place a new order.
5.1 When purchasing a ticket, a contract is concluded between the operator and the customer for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities, which provides for a specific date or period for the provision (cf. § 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 9 BGB). There is therefore a Section 312 g (2) no.9 BGB does not give the customer the right of withdrawal, regardless of the payment method selected.
5.2 If the game was started, the customer can interrupt the game at any time or stop it permanently, however there is no claim for reimbursement or restart at another time unless the customer has bought his ticket directly from www.parapolyfrankfurt.de, terminates the game before entering a code at Station 4ST or higher (irrelevant whether the code is a help or a solution code) and communicates his cancellation wish to the operator by email to frankfurt@parapoly.de within 24 hours after the start of the game.
6.1 It is possible to buy a ticket for a game in the form of a gift voucher.
6.2 The voucher will be sent by the operator in PDF format by email within 24 hours after receiving the payment.
6.3 The voucher can be redeemed within the statutory period.
7.1 For the game, the customer needs a ticket (see point 2 “Ticket purchase”), a smartphone with a charged battery and approx. 100 MB mobile data volume, a pen and the game document that can be downloaded from the website in printed form.
7.2 The game can be started by the customer at any time. It is recommended to carry a light source in the dark.
7.3 The game can be ended in 2-3 hours without interruption. It can be extended by taking breaks or similar to up to 48 hours.
7.4 A distance of approx. 2.5 km must be covered during the game.
7.5 The game takes place exclusively in public space, the operator is not responsible for the nature or usability of the paths, barrier-free access cannot be guaranteed.
7.6 In the case of underage participants, the duty of supervision remains with the legal representative or legal guardian of the user for the entire duration of the contract.
7.7 People under the influence of alcohol or other psychotropic drugs are not allowed to participate in the game.
7.8 In the event of intentional injury or damage, the service provider can pass on claims for damages, including third parties, to the user.
8.1 The operator assumes no responsibility for personal, material or non-material damage caused by playing ParaPoly.
8.2 The provider excludes liability for all difficulties on the route that affect the use of ParaPoly (e.g. construction work, public event, weather, etc.).
8.3 The user acknowledges that he takes part in ParaPoly on his own responsibility and at his own risk.
9.1 The functions of the ParaPoly game and the paper-based publications of the game are the intellectual property of Parapp Consulting UG. (85774 Unterföhring, Münchener Str. 18.). All or part of them may only be used with the written consent of Parapp Consulting UG.
9.2 The rights of the ParaPoly website, the web design, the full ParaPoly graphic identity (including the logo, the drawn or edited images, the color combinations used, etc.) are the property of Markland Kft. (8372 Cserszegtomaj, Kőhát and 26.Hungary ). All or part of them may only be used with the written consent of Markland Kft.
10.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
10.2 If the customer is a merchant, the sole place of fulfillment for delivery and performance as well as payment is the headquarters of Have a good time e.K ..
